Lake Elmo |
|
Lake Elmo is located in the eastern metro area.
The bottom of this lake is covered in lots of interesting objects — old bottles, cans, anchors, and other objects can be discovered.
There is a deep hole in the central portion of the lake that can exceed 100 feet. However, due to limited visibility, the best diving is in depths up to 25 feet.
Access can be a problem — there is a public boat landing on the lake, however SCUBA diving is prohibited near the landing itself. The best access is usually through private access to the lake.
